Tuition and Financial Aid

Morehouse College’s online bachelor’s programs are built on 154 years of academic success in developing leaders and scholars at an accessible tuition rate. Our online offerings enable adult learners from anywhere to join our historic brotherhood and complete their bachelor’s at a top-ranked HBCU.1

Tuition and Fees

Tuition is $600 per credit for the 2021–2022 school year. Total tuition costs will depend on the amount of credits students need to complete their bachelor’s at Morehouse. Students will need 120 credits total to graduate. A moderate increase in tuition should be expected each academic year. Tuition does not include the cost of books.

2All are one-time, non-refundable fees applicable to new Morehouse Online students only.

Students will also be responsible for the following fees:

  • Technology fee: There is a technology fee of $167 per semester.
  • Activity fee: There is an activity fee of $68 per semester.
  • Student health insurance: Students will be billed for our student health insurance, but online students are able to apply for a waiver. The rate is $493 for the fall semester and $684 for the spring/summer semester and is subject to change.

Financial Aid

U.S. citizens and permanent residents are eligible to apply for federal financial aid.

In order to be considered for federal student aid, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA code for Morehouse College is 001582.
